SALON POLICIES
NO-SHOW POLICY
If you fail to show up for your scheduled appointment without any prior notice,you will be charge 50%of the amount of the scheduled service. If this happens two consecutive times,we will no longer be able to accomodate you as a client. We kindly ask that you provide 24-hour notice.
LATE POLICY
We strive to provide each client with excellent service ans want to ensure that you receive the full duration of your scheduled appointment.If arrive late,we will do our best to accommodate you,but pleasebe aware that your service may be shortened to ensure we stay on schedule for our other clients.If you are more. then 15 min late we will not be able to provide the full service and you may need to reschedule.Thank you for your understanding.
CREDIT CARD ON FILE
To secure your appointment, we requare credit card informationto be entered into our scheduling system.Please note that your information is securely stored and will be charged in the event of cancellation without 24 hour notice or no-call/no-snow
REFUND POLICY
Our intent is for each customer to be 100% satisfied with our services. Returns and refunds are limited to the following situations:
– Services received cannot be refunded.
– Refunds will only be considered if presented within 7 days of purchase. Products can only be refunded if unused and in its original packaging. If product is opened or used it is possible that a restocking fee will be charged. Refunds can only be processed with receipt.
– No refunds on spa packages.
– No refunds are given for gift card orders.
– Gift card orders are not exchangeable.Our policy states that ALL SERVICES AND PRODUCTS ARE FINAL SALES
BOOKING POLICY
To make an appointment, you must pay a $50 non-refundable charge that will go towards your services if you arrive at the appointment. Same-day cancelation will cause the charge to be non-refundable. Please be on time; if you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment will be rescheduled and your booking money will be lost. Being late causes a disruption in your aesthetician’s schedule, which is inconvenient for the next customer. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please do so at least 24 hours ahead of time to avoid being charged a booking fee.
MINOR TREATMENT POLICY
Minors between the ages of 8-18 receiving a service must have a parent/ guardian present during the entire service and complete the appropriate intake forms.
